About the Role
The Chief Operations Officer (COO) serves as a senior executive partner to the CEO, CFO, and other C-suite leaders, driving the company's day-to-day operational functions to support profitable growth and service excellence. This role is pivotal in optimizing core insurance operations—including underwriting support, policy administration, claims, and customer service—to ensure regulatory compliance and scalable performance.
You will lead a culture of continuous improvement and accountability, partnering closely with business leaders to enhance the customer and broker experience while strengthening internal controls. The COO acts as a key advisor to the Board on operational performance, translating enterprise goals into actionable strategies that improve efficiency, service delivery, and cost management across the organization.
