As an agency owner, you will build and lead a high-performing team backed by an award-winning Farmers District team, developing your own sales strategy while expanding the company's book of business.
We are looking for individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit, strong drive, and ambition to build a client-centric business culture. You will serve as a trusted advisor, offering expert consultations on over 50 insurance products to new and existing clients. Your mission is to facilitate resolution strategies for client inquiries, expand business reach by engaging with the local community, and build professional relationships with CPAs, lawyers, realtors, and mortgage brokers.

As an independent contractor, you will build equity in your business with uncapped commissions and unlimited income potential. New business and renewal commissions create consistent residual income, complemented by competitive, performance-driven quarterly and annual bonus opportunities. Our agency owners, on average, achieve significant growth during their first five years of operation, with projected income scaling from $60,000-$90,000 in Year 1 to $180,000-$250,000+ by Year 5.
