We are seeking an Adjunct Instructor in Medical Assistant to advance the institution's proud tradition of excellence in academics, student life, and community service. As an innovator and agent of change, you will provide the expertise and knowledge that support the college curriculum. You will teach students using a variety of effective methodologies, establish courses following accepted higher education standards, and provide engagement and support activities that encourage student learning. The role encompasses teaching, academic advising, professional development, and institutional and community service. You will be expected to teach the maximum load of equated hours as indicated in the Faculty Guidelines each semester in your area of competency.

Currently a certified medical assistant or registered medical assistant, or currently licensed or eligible for licensure as a registered nurse in Texas at time of application. Experience in a classroom and clinical skills instruction.
