The Executive Functioning Coach serves as a dedicated partner to neurodivergent students, guiding them toward academic success and the development of robust executive functioning strategies. The core mission of this position is to empower students to become confident, independent learners who can persist through their college journey and achieve their personal and professional goals.
In this role, you will facilitate both individual and group sessions covering a wide spectrum of topics essential for student thriving. These sessions focus on effective communication, goal planning, organizational skills, stress management, study strategies, and time management. You will also provide hands-on guidance in utilizing key campus tools, including the Blackboard course shell and the AIM student profile.
Beyond direct student coaching, you will act as a central hub for collaboration, coordinating efforts between Access Advocates, faculty, tutors, and Academic Advisors to ensure a cohesive support network for every student you serve.
