Graham provides life-changing tools and resources for children, young adults, and families facing significant obstacles caused by poverty, racial injustice, and a lack of access to educational opportunities, living wage employment, quality healthcare, and affordable housing.
We collaborate with communities and strong partners to create and implement innovative strategies so everyone can lead healthy, joyful, and successful lives.
The Annual Giving Specialist is a key connection agent within the Development Team, tasked with driving revenue by executing comprehensive, multi-channel fundraising campaigns. This role exists to link Graham's mission to action by acquiring, engaging, and converting subscribers while renewing and upgrading donors.
You will work closely with the Director of Individual Giving and the Director of Communications to manage the full cycle of annual giving. Your day-to-day involves crafting on-brand messages, coordinating direct mail appeals, and leveraging social media to engage existing followers and acquire new donors. Success in this role requires a passion for donor stewardship and the ability to analyze data to optimize future efforts.
Interested candidates should submit their application through Graham's career portal. The selection process typically includes a review of qualifications, followed by interviews with the Development leadership team to assess cultural fit and strategic alignment with Graham's mission.
Graham is committed to providing a fair and equal employment opportunity for all associates and job applicants regardless of race, color, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, or disability. We hire and promote individuals solely based on their qualifications for the job.
We believe in a working environment where every associate can be productive and work to the best of their ability. Graham does not condone or tolerate an atmosphere of intimidation or harassment, and we expect the cooperation of all associates in maintaining a discrimination and harassment-free workplace.
