About the Role
The Inside Sales Representative plays a vital role in generating revenue by selling products and services to customers via phone and online channels. This position is designed for individuals who thrive on building relationships and identifying new opportunities within the logistics landscape. You will act as the primary point of contact for potential leads, qualifying prospects and negotiating sales agreements to meet ambitious targets.
In this role, you will manage your sales territories and develop trade-lane specific business plans to exceed weekly production quotas. Your day-to-day involves collaborating with VAS, E-Biz, and Cross-Sell teams to match customer needs with the Group's diverse solutions. You will also ensure strict adherence to payment terms by assisting with escalated collections and monitoring past-due ratios. Success in this position requires a customer-focused mindset, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently while handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
