About the Role

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be the voice of CMA CGM, generating revenue by selling products and services to customers over the phone and through online channels. This role is designed to identify potential leads, qualify prospects, and build lasting relationships that meet sales targets. You will serve as a key point of contact, handling inquiries, providing detailed product information, and negotiating sales agreements to drive business growth.

Your day will involve managing sales territories, developing trade-lane specific business plans, and collaborating with VAS, E-Biz, and Cross-Sell teams to match customer needs with opportunities. You will ensure rigorous follow-up on all sales activities, from quote requests to tender proposals, while maintaining accurate records in the CRM. Success in this role requires a customer-focused mindset, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
