As a Field Sales Pro in Southwest Texas, you will be the face of BSN SPORTS, responsible for optimizing the full sales cycle and servicing customers across your assigned territory. This is a hybrid role requiring you to operate between a home office and field-based environments, including schools, communities, and events. You will represent Varsity Brands by demonstrating our core values and driving the highest ethical standards in all business activities.
In this position, you will provide best-in-class, consultative customer service to coaches, doing everything humanly possible to make their lives easier. From the women's soccer coach to the head football coach, every client deserves the same level of dedication. You will actively develop and qualify leads through cold-calling and lead generation campaigns, utilizing data-driven business intelligence to identify new trends and opportunities. Your goal is to generate revenue, meet sales targets, and increase sales in existing accounts by selling to all sports at all levels.
This role demands resilience and persistence; you will navigate rejection and turn challenges into opportunities while managing your account list and travel within the territory. Hours may vary based on customer needs, often requiring evenings and weekends, and travel is primarily local, though some out-of-area or overnight trips may be expected.
