This position uniquely blends account management with sales development, requiring you to expand existing customer relationships while simultaneously identifying and converting new prospects.\n You will own the full sales cycle, guiding leads from initial qualification through to deal closure. Success in this role means being self-sufficient in handling rate requests and administrative duties while maintaining consistent engagement with customers via phone and email. Your day-to-day involves analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings to identify cross-selling opportunities and growth potential. You will act as a bridge between clients and ZIM's trade and cross-functional teams, sharing market intelligence and collaborating to solve customer challenges and enhance service quality.
