Reporting to the Senior Manager, Inside Sales, Group Tours, this role is the engine behind generating and closing group tour revenue at Allegiant Stadium. You will serve as the primary point of contact for a diverse array of industries, including travel, casino/hotel, corporate, schools, and business associations. The position thrives on a dynamic day-in-the-life that blends proactive outbound prospecting with the immediate satisfaction of converting inbound inquiries into confirmed bookings. Success in this role requires an entrepreneurial spirit, balancing the discipline of hitting daily activity metrics with the creativity needed to upsell unique stadium experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleHandle inbound group inquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings
- check_circleConduct outbound prospecting to casino/hotel concierge, travel agencies, corporate planners, schools, and community organizations
- check_circleMeet or exceed assigned sales goals, revenue targets, and activity metrics
- check_circleMaintain 80+ daily outbound calls to ensure KPI goals are consistently met
- check_circleDevelop and maintain relationships with existing group clients and repeat buyers
- check_circleUpsell and cross-sell add-ons such as upgrades, food and beverage, private tours, or special experiences
- check_circleManage personal accounts, pipelines, sales process, and activity utilizing organization CRM system
- check_circleAttend networking events, conventions, and manage Tour Sales booth at events as needed
- check_circleGenerate new revenue by proactively selling group tours and experiences via phone, email, and digital channels
Requirements
