We are seeking Inside Sales Account Executives for our Blue Ash, OH production office. This role is designed for consultative and service-oriented individuals with a high work ethic who are coachable and driven. While mortgage experience is preferred, it is not required; a background in sales is the key prerequisite.
In this position, you will partner with mortgage brokers and bankers on a wholesale basis to offer LendSure's loan programs to borrowers who do not meet agency and conventional loan qualifications. You will act as the bridge between our product suite and our broker network, managing established relationships, handling broker approvals, and providing education on our processes, products, and technology. The day-to-day involves making 50-75 outbound calls to promote our Non-QM loan products, positioning our full product menu, and assisting originators with loan submissions and closing conditions to ensure loans move promptly.
Candidates will be evaluated on their motivation, communication skills, and ability to thrive in a high-volume calling environment. The interview process will assess your sales aptitude, understanding of the mortgage landscape, and fit within our service-oriented culture.
