About the Role
The Inpatient RN CAP 2 position serves as a foundational or advanced designation within the Clinical Advancement Program (CAP), designed for new employees meeting specific criteria or those advancing from CAP 1. As a vital member of the kidney disease healthcare team, you will be accountable for providing and coordinating clinically competent care, encompassing assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation for an assigned group of patients.
In this role, you will function as a resource, leader, and mentor, setting examples of appropriate behavior and work habits for both new and incumbent staff. You will actively participate in decision-making, teaching, and quality improvement activities aimed at enhancing patient care outcomes and program operations. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve collaborating with supervisors, educators, physicians, and direct patient care staff to ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and continuous care across various treatment modalities.

Requirements
