About the Role
The Inpatient Services RN CAP 1 serves as an entry-level designation within the Clinical Advancement Program (CAP). As a vital member of the kidney disease healthcare team, this position is dedicated to providing and coordinating clinically competent care for an assigned group of patients. The role encompasses the full nursing process: assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
In this capacity, you will participate in decision-making, teaching, and leadership functions that directly enhance patient care outcomes and program operations. You will collaborate with physicians, supervisors, and the broader healthcare team to ensure continuity of care, including coordinating with both Fresenius Kidney Care and non-Fresenius dialysis providers. The role also involves serving as a resource for the healthcare team and assisting in the training and orientation of new staff.
