About the Role
We are seeking Home Infusion Field Nurses (RNs) to join our team in the Hudson Valley (Ulster, Sullivan, and Columbia counties). In this role, you will be critical to the healthcare services we provide directly to clients. Your expertise will enable our company to grow, adapt, and expand into new areas of home-based nursing services.
As a Home Infusion Nurse, you will partner with our Infusion Intake Team to ensure the seamless initiation of infusion care in patients' homes. Your day will involve conducting patient visits to initiate care, performing necessary follow-ups, and precepting or evaluating the skills of newly hired nurses as requested. You will collaborate with the infusion manager, coordinators, and internal staff to provide on-site field care. Success in this position requires strong time management skills to prioritize responsibilities and the ability to multitask in a paperless clinical environment using computers and tablets.

To qualify for the Infusion Homecare Registered Nurse (RN) Per-Diem at Always Compassionate Health position, applicants should have: 3+ years RN experience in home care infusion, hospital, clinic, or medical facility; Infusion experience required (IV/SQIG and biologic medications); NYS Registered Nursing License and Registration Certificate; Up-to-date medical clearance (Physical, TB clearance, 2-step PPD, Chest X-ray); MMR-Varicella titers or vaccination records; and TDAP and Hep B vaccination series or declination.
