About the Role
We are currently hiring for the position of Infusion Center Medical Receptionist. This role serves as the first point of contact for our patients, responsible for greeting incoming patients and families while performing essential clerical and administrative duties to support the infusion center.
In this position, you will demonstrate TwelveStone's values and philosophies in the accomplishment of our mission. You will play a vital part in ensuring a smooth experience for patients as they navigate their care journey, from scheduling appointments and verifying benefits to collecting necessary information and payments. This is an on-site role and is not eligible for telework.
