About the Role
Mortenson is seeking an ITS Manager to lead the reliable, secure, and effective delivery of HR application services, including Oracle Fusion HCM and integrated systems. This role is pivotal in supporting enterprise HR and payroll operations by providing strategic leadership to the application support team.
You will partner closely with HR and business stakeholders to align technology roadmaps with business strategy. The day-to-day involves overseeing application support and enhancement operations, fostering a service-oriented culture focused on customer satisfaction, and managing vendor relationships. You will balance operational demands with strategic planning, ensuring that standard operating procedures are current and that financial metrics drive continuous improvement.

Requirements
