About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Superintendent to join our team as a field leader who thrives on tight coordination and holds high standards. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will drive a project from groundbreaking to turnover with confidence and professionalism.
As the on-site leader and core value champion, you will serve as the authority in the field, trusted to lead rather than just report. You will coordinate across all phases of construction, directing subcontractors, managing schedules, and enforcing quality standards to ensure every project is completed safely, on time, and in full compliance with plans and specifications. This position requires flexibility and the ability to establish immediate control and organization on active industrial job sites.
