About the Role
We are seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing plant in Cheyenne, WY. In this role, you will be the backbone of our facility's operational efficiency, responsible for maintaining the machinery and equipment that drive our production. Your mission is to ensure all assets run safely and efficiently by performing necessary repairs and conducting rigorous preventive maintenance.
Your day-to-day involves inspecting, troubleshooting, and diagnosing mechanical issues to minimize equipment downtime. You will utilize HMI (Human Machine Interface) systems for daily monitoring, maintain detailed logs of all repairs and inspections via MaintainX, and collaborate closely with production teams to optimize dependability. Whether assisting in the installation of new projects or upgrading existing lines, you will ensure the continuous flow of our sealant manufacturing operations.

Requirements
