About the Role
In this role, your primary responsibility is to produce high-quality inks for our customers. You will work with a variety of machines used in the production process, learning all associated processes and equipment. A key part of your success involves using PLC-driven Human Machine Interface (HMI) equipment to produce high-quality ink via batch tickets.
Your day-to-day will focus on producing the best quality product on time while practicing safety as a top priority. You will be expected to operate and troubleshoot mixing equipment, combine ingredients in designated sequences, and perform preliminary quality checks. The role also involves training others and actively participating in all plant safety initiatives, programs, and training sessions.
Hiring Process
Drug screening and background checks are mandatory for this position upon offer. Candidates must pass a pre-employment screening assessment if they do not hold a High School Diploma or GED.
