Key Responsibilities
- check_circlePerform in-house product testing and document test results
- check_circleResolve customer disputes and inquiries to ensure satisfaction
- check_circleDevelop and deliver training on client applications
- check_circleMaintain relationships with manufacturers and vendor representatives
- check_circleInstall and troubleshoot low and medium voltage switchgear, ATS, circuit breakers, and control systems
- check_circleProvide technical support for field startups, warranty claims, and maintenance contracts
- check_circleTroubleshoot and configure control systems using PLC and HMI platforms
- check_circleAssist with updating redline drawings and schematics
Requirements
- verified3+ years experience in Field Service role/Electrical equipment testing
- verifiedExperience with programming PLCs and HMIs
- verifiedDiesel Power generation related controls and experience
- verifiedValid Driver's license in good standing
- verifiedValid United States Passport for international travel
Nice to Have
Understanding of 3-phase power systems, including power distribution, AC/DC, voltage circuit theory, and practical troubleshooting skills. Understanding of low voltage and/or medium voltage electrical equipment.
