About the Role
Join our plant maintenance team in Cincinnati, OH, as a Multi-Craft Maintenance Electrician. This night-shift position (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) plays a key role in supporting safe and reliable operations, featuring a 3-day weekend every other weekend. Your primary mission is to identify and prevent issues within the plant environment, ensuring the safety of both employees and products.
In this role, you will proactively assess your work environment to address electrical issues as they arise. You will share your knowledge of safety practices and regulatory requirements with your team to promote a safer, more productive workplace. Beyond troubleshooting and repairing production equipment, you will contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance equipment reliability and plant efficiency while maintaining clear communication with leads and supervisors.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circlePerform troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and unplanned repairs on production equipment
- check_circleIdentify, analyze, and repair equipment failures using schematics, drawings, and diagnostics
- check_circleTroubleshoot and maintain electrical and mechanical systems including pneumatics, drives, hydraulics, and conveyor systems
- check_circleIdentify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and plant efficiency
- check_circleMaintain clear communication with leads and supervisors regarding work status, issues, and repair needs
- check_circleProactively assess work environment and address electrical issues or concerns to support safety objectives
- check_circleShare knowledge of safety practices and regulatory requirements with team members
Requirements
- verifiedHigh School diploma or GED
- verifiedOperational understanding of manufacturing processes
- verifiedPLC (Rockwell), VFD, HMI (panel views), Motor Control Systems including Servos, Instrumentation knowledge
- verifiedAbility to troubleshoot and repair 24V – 480V safety circuits, photo eyes, and proximity sensors
- verifiedAbility to read and interpret basic electrical, electronic, and mechanical drawings, prints, schematics, and computer programs
- verifiedDemonstrated knowledge of behavior-based safety systems
- verifiedPermanent legal authorization to work in the United States
