About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team in Cheektowaga, NY. You will work in an air-conditioned facility on the 2nd shift (Monday–Friday, 3 PM to 11 PM). The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the continuous manufacture of products by maintaining facility and equipment to meet quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness specifications.
This role requires a strong mechanical and industrial electrical background with extensive hands-on experience in preventive and corrective maintenance. You will be responsible for diagnosing and solving problems across mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electric systems. The position involves troubleshooting, repairing, and reassembling industrial production machinery, as well as fabricating new parts through cutting and welding. You will also actively engage in workplace safety improvement initiatives and coordinate schedules with machine operators.
Training Opportunity As part of your onboarding, you will be required to train on the 1st shift (7 AM to 3 PM) for one month to gain a comprehensive understanding of our operations.
