About the Role
The Maintenance Technician serves as a critical pillar of our facility's operational continuity. This role is dedicated to ensuring that heating, plumbing, HVAC, and landscape systems perform at optimum functionality while maintaining the integrity of production machinery and plant structures. You will be the first line of defense against downtime, balancing scheduled upkeep with the agility to handle emergency repairs during active production cycles.
In this position, you will wear many hats, blending mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic expertise with practical carpentry and plumbing skills. Your day-to-day involves interpreting complex equipment manuals, diagnosing faults, and executing precise repairs to keep our manufacturing environment running smoothly. Beyond the technical work, you will play a key role in safety compliance, maintaining clean and orderly work areas, and proactively reporting any unusual situations or defective materials to supervision.

Requirements
- verifiedHigh school diploma/GED and completion of craft apprenticeship or equivalent education/experience
- verifiedFour or more years of manufacturing experience
- verifiedAA degree in mechanical, electrical or industrial maintenance (preferred)
- verifiedStrong hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and industrial skills
- verifiedSome PLC/Robot programming experience (preferred)
- verifiedHVAC experience (preferred)
- verifiedComprehensive knowledge of mechanical engineering principles
- verifiedWorking knowledge of all production equipment and processes
- verifiedAbility to read and write English, follow verbal instructions, and use simple math
Nice to Have
An AA degree in mechanical, electrical or industrial maintenance. Some PLC/Robot programming experience. HVAC experience.
