About the Role
The Industrial Construction Manager serves as the on-site leader for North American capital projects, driving the translation of design intent into safe, efficient field execution. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between engineering, project management, and operations to deliver projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.
You will partner with cross-functional teams including Project Management, Engineering, EHS, and Operations, as well as external contractors, to oversee the entire project lifecycle from design and constructability reviews through commissioning and turnover. Your presence in the field will be essential for fostering a proactive safety culture, reducing rework, and ensuring high-quality mechanical completion.

- check_circleOversee QA/QC processes in mechanical completion turnover packages
- check_circleManage change control, RFIs, and field-directed scope adjustments
Requirements

- verifiedExperience managing brownfield and retrofit capital projects in a running facility
- verifiedWillingness to travel or remain at the project site as required
- verifiedProficiency in Maximo, SAP, and similar ERP systems
- verifiedProficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- verifiedExperience with Microsoft Project and Primavera P6
Nice to Have
Associates degree or higher in a related field. Experience coordinating GC/EPC/EPCM contractors under various contractual arrangements. Experience with continuous improvement or lean methodologies.
