At ADM, we unlock the power of nature to provide access to nutrition worldwide. As a global leader in human and animal nutrition and the world's premier agricultural origination and processing company, we leverage our breadth, depth, insights, and logistical expertise to meet needs for food, beverages, health, and wellness. From the seed of an idea to the outcome of a solution, we enrich the quality of life the world over.
The Industrial Construction Manager serves as the on-site leader for North American capital projects, driving the translation of design intent into safe, efficient field execution. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between engineering, project management, and operations to deliver projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.
You will partner with cross-functional teams including Project Management, Engineering, EHS, and Operations, as well as external contractors, to oversee the entire project lifecycle from design and constructability reviews through commissioning and turnover. Your presence in the field will be essential for fostering a proactive safety culture, reducing rework, and ensuring high-quality mechanical completion.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not meet every single requirement listed; studies show that applicants often self-select out unnecessarily. We value diverse perspectives and believe you may be the right candidate for this role or another opportunity within ADM.
Successful candidates will be required to complete a background check. Relocation assistance is available for this position.
Diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging are cornerstones of ADM's efforts to innovate and drive growth. We are committed to creating welcoming, truly inclusive work environments where every colleague feels comfortable making meaningful contributions. We respect and value the unique backgrounds and experiences each person brings, knowing that diversity of perspectives makes us better together.
We welcome everyone to apply and are committed to ensuring all qualified applicants receive consideration for employment regardless of race, color, ethnicity, disability, religion, national origin, language, gender, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, sexual orientation, age, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
