As a Regional Reliability Planner at Drax, you will lead reliability planning across multiple energy and utilities sites, optimizing maintenance strategies to improve asset performance, safety, and sustainability. This role is pivotal in supporting Drax's low-carbon initiatives, ensuring that our energy generation infrastructure remains robust, efficient, and compliant with rigorous environmental standards.
You will partner closely with Engineering, Maintenance, and Asset Management teams to drive a data-driven culture. By leveraging Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) principles and advanced CMMS tools, you will design preventive and predictive maintenance plans that significantly reduce downtime and extend asset life. This position is ideal for a reliability professional passionate about transforming how energy is generated and managed, offering a unique opportunity to influence regional asset strategy and lifecycle planning.
