About the Role

The Client Onboarding Manager - Clariti leads the implementation team responsible for onboarding clients onto Clariti, HST Pathways' estimation platform. This role requires a highly process-oriented leader who can identify root causes and drive effective, scalable solutions within healthcare revenue cycle workflows.

In this position, you will roll up your sleeves and take on a high-volume workload with energy and enthusiasm. You will serve as an escalation point for complex client issues, using analytical problem-solving and de-escalation skills to resolve concerns effectively. You will partner cross-functionally with Sales, Training, Product, and Client Services to align priorities and resources.
