About the Role
We are seeking a driven In-House Recruiter to join our growing business as a talent search manager and candidate facilitator. This role is pivotal in supporting all recruiting needs across the organization and all IMS locations, acting as the bridge between talent search, interviews, and onboarding logistics.
You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, build diverse talent pipelines, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience. A key part of your mission involves working with website and social media accounts to enhance the company's digital presence from a candidate's perspective. The ideal candidate is passionate about finding top-tier talent and securing the perfect match between candidate skill sets and our company culture.

Requirements
- verifiedProven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist
