About the Role
Located within a dynamic, fast-growing manufacturing facility, the HR Generalist plays a pivotal role in supporting a 24-hour operational environment. While the position begins on the day shift (8:00 am–4:30 pm) for training purposes, it will transition to an evening shift (4:00 pm–12:30 am, Monday to Friday) to provide dedicated HR support to our round-the-clock operations.
This role is designed to deliver a full range of human resources functions, ensuring an effective, compliant, and employee-focused workplace. You will work closely with on-site HR personnel to provide consistent service, sharing responsibilities across key activities such as recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, performance management, and HR administration. Additionally, you will collaborate with the broader HR team on North American cluster and global initiatives, ensuring local practices align with wider organizational goals.
Day-to-Day Context
You will partner directly with site management to support confidential human resource matters and special projects. The environment is active and industrial; you will be expected to walk and stand for extended periods across the production floor to obtain and review documents. The facility operates with a regulated indoor climate but may expose you to typical manufacturing elements such as dust, noise, and seasonal temperature variations.
