Valet Living is seeking a Bilingual Operations Recruiter to thrive in a high-volume, fast-moving environment. This role is central to building a strong pipeline of part-time talent across multiple markets and keeping the hiring engine running. You will work hand-in-hand with Operations leaders, owning the full recruiting cycle from sourcing and screening to guiding candidates through offer and pre-boarding. Success in this position requires staying organized, acting with urgency, and consistently finding the right people at scale.
As a remote position supporting operations across the western U.S., you must reside in Houston, Dallas, Denver, Phoenix, or Las Vegas. You will align your schedule with Pacific Time to effectively support hiring activity and operational partners in the region.
