As a Corporate Recruiter, you will be the relationship-driven engine behind our full-cycle recruiting efforts for Corporate Resources positions. Based out of our headquarters in Falls Church, VA, this associate-level role supports hiring across HITT's 16 office locations nationwide. You will partner closely with corporate hiring leaders across the business to support a broad range of functions, including Human Resources, IT, Accounting & Finance, Legal & Compliance, Marketing, and Administrative Services.
This position is designed for someone looking to deepen their experience within a fast-paced, high-performing environment. Success here requires balancing hiring urgency with HITT's high standards for candidate quality, communication, team fit, and the overall candidate experience. You will serve as a trusted advisor, providing candid recommendations and market perspective to help hiring managers navigate staffing needs and recruiting decisions with professionalism and sound judgment.
While prior construction industry experience is not required, the ideal candidate will have a background in industries where proactive outreach and relationship-building are paramount. You will be expected to work onsite four days per week.
