About the Role
We are seeking a Hypersonics Technology Analysis Lead to join our dynamic Huntsville team. This role is designed for a motivated individual interested in supporting state-of-the-art projects that blend technical skills with software design. You will work on critical projects involving hypersonics, flight testing, system effectiveness, missile defense, and space systems.
In this position, you will be a key member of a team that supports the Joint Hypersonic Transition Office (JHTO) and the Office of the Secretary of War (OSW). Your work will involve acquiring and maintaining knowledge on developmental programs, interfacing with government agencies and service labs, and developing innovative solutions to meet emerging needs. You will conduct studies to determine requirements for hypersonic and missile defense programs, review modeling and simulation efforts, and analyze weapon effectiveness. The role requires you to present briefings, attend conferences, and communicate technical approaches clearly to both the internal team and government customers, including General/Flag Officers.
The successful candidate will be an adaptable, agile, and versatile professional capable of researching, analyzing, and consolidating solutions in a fast-paced environment. You will play a vital role in transitioning developmental programs to operational services, ensuring our customers have the tools and analysis needed to succeed.
