About the Role

Join our team as an Engineering Supervisor at Charlestown by Erickson Senior Living. In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient and effective operations of the mechanical-related systems area. You will supervise and train the engineering staff and HVAC mechanics in the safe and efficient operation of the Central Plant and Energy Management Systems, ensuring preventative and major maintenance is executed across the campus.

Your day-to-day impact involves formulating and implementing energy savings operations and creating sequences of operations to best utilize central plant machinery. You will also manage inventory for spare parts and carry out company policies as directed by the Facility Manager.
