CBRE is seeking a skilled Mobile HVAC Engineer to support a portfolio of banking locations across the Middle Hudson Valley Area. This role ensures HVAC and mechanical systems operate reliably to support store operations, customer comfort, and brand standards. It is ideal for a hands-on technician who thrives in a mobile, high-visibility environment and understands the critical importance of uptime in open-for-business facilities.
In this position, you will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of HVAC, electrical, and related building systems across multiple retail sites. You will respond to service calls with urgency, work independently, and coordinate with banking managers and operations teams to minimize disruption to customers and employees. To support success in the field, CBRE provides a company vehicle, credit card, tools, equipment, and electronic devices needed to perform the role efficiently and professionally. This is a mobile service technician position where you start your workday from home every day.
