As the Human Resources Manager, you will lead the total human resources function at our Mt. Vernon, MO manufacturing facility. This is a 100% on-site role designed to partner with the Plant Manager and Leadership Team to cultivate a supportive, compliant, and high-performing workforce. You will serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, driving initiatives that improve work-life balance, foster partner engagement, and ensure seamless communication of policies and benefits across the organization.
In this position, you will not only manage the day-to-day HR operations but also lead strategic workforce planning and process improvements. You will collaborate cross-functionally to develop future leaders, navigate complex labor regulations, and maintain a culture where partners feel supported through programs like "Partners Helping Partners."
