About the Role
The Human Resources Coordinator is a key contributor to the execution of high-impact HR operations, partnering closely with HR Business Partners and supporting HR leadership and their client groups. This role sits at the center of core people processes, helping deliver a seamless and efficient employee experience across the employee lifecycle.
You will play a critical role in executing pre-boarding, onboarding, and offboarding, coordinating internship programs, managing HR operations workflows, and supporting HR initiatives and external partnerships. This position is highly execution-focused, requiring strong attention to detail, ownership of processes, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
