The Human Resources Field Representative serves as a vital bridge between store operations and the central Human Resources department. In this role, you will provide direct assistance with employee relations, onboarding, and compliance issues within our stores. You will partner with Store General Managers to ensure a timely flow of information regarding benefits, payroll, and policy adherence, while acting as a key liaison for frontline hiring and training needs.
