The Human Resources Generalist serves as a vital administrative and operational partner to the HR Manager and VP of HR, ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day HR functions. This role is designed to foster a positive employee experience by building strong working relationships across the organization while maintaining the accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of all HR processes.
In this position, you will coordinate the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding and orientation to transfers, promotions, and offboarding. You will act as a trusted resource for leaders and employees, providing professional and confidential support regarding HR policies, workplace matters, and employee relations. The role requires a balance of administrative precision and interpersonal engagement to support organizational culture and compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations.
You will work within a fast-paced healthcare environment, collaborating closely with the HR leadership team, Talent Acquisition, and operational leaders across multiple clinic locations. Success in this role depends on effective communication, teamwork, and the ability to navigate complex compliance requirements while supporting a diverse workforce.
