We are building a people-first culture where every employee feels supported, heard, and empowered to do their best work. As we scale, we need a strategic partner to be the trusted first point of contact for all employee questions, concerns, and feedback. This role exists to ensure that our people operations are not just administrative, but a driving force in shaping a clear, fair, and scalable culture.
You will serve as the in-house expert for our entire HR ecosystem, with a primary focus on Rippling. You will own the configuration, workflows, approvals, and integrations that power our payroll, benefits, IT provisioning, and identity management. Your work ensures data integrity across our org chart and keeps our records clean and accurate.
Beyond the system, you will be the guide for our people. You will coach first-time managers through tough conversations, from performance feedback to separations. You will run stay and exit interviews to surface patterns before they become attrition problems, and you will translate complex employment law into plain English for our teams. Whether it's managing multi-state leave entitlements, navigating ADA accommodations, or ensuring wage-and-hour compliance, you will handle sensitive situations with discretion, empathy, and good judgment.
Your day will be a mix of strategic planning and hands-on execution. You might start by troubleshooting a complex Rippling integration or running a report to identify a potential compliance risk. Mid-day could involve coaching a manager on a performance improvement plan or coordinating a benefits open enrollment with our broker. You will spend time updating our employee handbook, preparing leave letters, and ensuring our I-9 files are audit-ready. You will be the person managers and employees turn to when they need a fast, accurate resolution to an HR question.
We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status. We are committed to building a team that represents a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and skills.
