About the Role

As a Staff Accountant, you will oversee payroll operations for three distinct companies within our West Region, reporting directly to the Regional Controller. This position is designed for a detail-oriented professional who takes pride in accuracy and accountability. You will ensure that employees across our entities are paid accurately and on time while maintaining strict compliance with all applicable payroll tax laws and company policies.

In this role, you will partner closely with Human Resources, Accounting, and operational teams to uphold strong internal controls and drive continuous process improvement. You will manage the end-to-end processing of bi-weekly payroll, including the calculation of sales commissions, production incentives, and bonus programs. Your work will directly support operational excellence and leadership by ensuring the integrity of financial reporting and the smooth execution of month-end accounting close procedures.
