Today, over 1,500 customers run on Nooks, including Notion, HubSpot, Cursor, and Rippling. We've raised $70M+ from top VCs like Kleiner Perkins, which made its first sales-tech investment in over a decade with us. Since then, we've tripled ARR each year for 3 years running and grown a high-caliber team turning the art of sales into a scalable science.
Most sales calls don't connect. The ones that do go through a maze: voicemails, phone trees, virtual assistants. Voice AI is the bet that an agent can navigate that maze, guide reps in real time, and turn the resulting transcripts into coaching insights that make whole teams convert better. We run roughly 100 million calls a week today — hyperscaler volume for real-time voice. We're hiring senior engineers to push both sides forward.
You will work directly with customers; our biggest accounts have shared Slack channels with our engineers, meaning you'll be on calls with users one day and shipping fixes back to them the next. This role involves making foundational technical decisions, such as determining how low latency can go for a voice agent that remains useful, and deciding what the system should recommend given the first half of a call to maximize the chance a rep books a demo.
At Nooks, you'll join a world-class team of around 40 engineers, mostly former founders, founding engineers, and veteran builders from places like Applied Intuition, Scale, Airtable, Citadel, and Jane Street. The team includes thirteen Olympiad medalists. You will be part of a product that drives most of the company's revenue, where teams trial the dialer first and see 5–10x productivity gains within their first two weeks.
