About the Role

You will join a unique opportunity to revolutionize how people learn by designing, building, and scaling personalized, intelligent, and delightful learning experiences. This role sits at the intersection of technical excellence and product intuition, requiring you to craft elegant web interfaces and secure, performant backend services that power AI-driven education features across iOS, Android, and web.

In this position, you will partner with designers, product managers, and AI researchers to mold ambiguous projects into amazing experiences. You will use data insights to analyze user behavior, inform product decisions, and identify opportunities to unlock learner motivation and delight. Thriving in a fast-paced, design-driven environment, you will find creative paths around roadblocks to ship value quickly and iteratively, contributing to a team culture grounded in empathy, collaboration, and curiosity.

Location & Work Model

By applying to this U.S. Mountain View, CA position, you are required to be local to the San Francisco area. Starting January 26, 2026, MAI employees are expected to work from a designated Microsoft office at least four days a week if they live within 50 miles of that location. This expectation is subject to local law and may vary by jurisdiction.
