As a Human Resources Director, you will play a crucial role in ensuring employees feel heard, well-cared-for, and appreciated. In this role, you will serve as a vital liaison between the Home Office HR and hospital management, acting as a valuable resource to department managers and staff. Your leadership will extend to planning and overseeing all facets of the Human Resources department to ensure equitable treatment of all employees in compliance with legal requirements and company policies. You will be instrumental in fostering an inclusive and productive work culture, implementing employee programs, and directing recruitment and retention efforts to ensure the availability of appropriate staffing resources.
