About the Role
As a Human Resources Director, you will play a crucial role in ensuring employees feel heard, well-cared-for, and appreciated. This position is more than just a job; it is a calling that connects you with a strong sense of community in your workplace. You will serve as a valuable resource to department managers and other employees, acting as the liaison between the Home Office HR and hospital management.
Your leadership will extend to creating a high-quality, compassionate work environment. You will plan, organize, and oversee all facets of the Human Resources department to ensure equitable treatment of all employees in compliance with legal requirements and company policies. By leveraging specialized skills, you will support our employees in achieving their goals while fostering an inclusive and productive work environment and culture. You will also coordinate staff education programs, oversee the workers' compensation program, and direct hospital recruitment and retention efforts to ensure the availability of appropriate staffing resources.
