Evolution New Jersey is seeking an HR Coordinator to join our growing HR team. This role is designed to support the operational backbone of our human resources functions, ensuring accurate data management and seamless employee administration.
In this position, you will serve as a key liaison for employee documentation, managing everything from tax forms and offer letters to health insurance and termination paperwork. A significant portion of your day will involve maintaining up-to-date records for employee paid time off and leaves of absence, as well as organizing both physical and digital files to ensure compliance and accessibility.
You will work closely with HR Managers to gather data for weekly, monthly, and annual KPIs, while also managing the full lifecycle of employment licenses for both new and current staff. This involves coordinating with third-party consultancy firms to facilitate necessary services. Additionally, you will support benefit programs during open enrollment, assist with payroll basics, and help drive improvements to talent acquisition and retention processes.
The ideal candidate will have previous HR data administration experience and a background in the hospitality industry. You will be expected to take initiative in suggesting process improvements and providing frontline support to employees by fielding questions and escalating complex issues to HR Generalists or Managers as needed.
