About the Role
As a Human Resources Generalist at our Lexington, KY branch, you will serve as a crucial support pillar for the HR department's daily operations. You will act as a key point of contact for employees, providing guidance on HR-related matters and ensuring a seamless experience from recruitment through onboarding and beyond. This role is designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing high-volume tasks with precision.
Your day-to-day involves managing the full employee lifecycle: guiding applicants through the application process, coordinating training sessions, and maintaining accurate employment records. You will collaborate closely with branch staff to screen candidates, conduct orientations, and ensure compliance with all HR policies. Beyond administrative duties, you will foster employee engagement through surveys, recognition programs, and special events, while also supporting safety and workers' compensation initiatives. Whether assisting walk-in applicants, managing uniform inventory, or communicating benefits changes, you will be the face of HR for the branch.
