Experience in higher education or similar work environment. Bilingual proficiency, preferably in Spanish, Hmong, Somali, or Oneida. Experience using sound judgment and discretion in applying and interpreting laws, rules, policies, and/or procedures. Demonstrated ability and willingness to maintain confidentiality and high standards of ethics and fairness. Experience in supporting organizational efforts to create and nurture an engaging and welcoming work community. Knowledge of conflict resolution strategies, including experience coaching, guiding, and/or advising supervisors and employees. Experience with change management, business process review, and/or new system implementation. Experience leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) tools and technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline processes, and drive business outcomes.
