Human Resources Business Partner

The Opportunity

The Human Resources Business Partner is a pivotal role within the HR team, serving as a strategic partner to management to deliver high-quality support. This position goes beyond routine administration; it involves providing consultation, advice, and guidance to Business Leaders while actively supporting organizational changes through initiatives and process improvements.

In this role, you will act as a liaison between the business and HR, fostering a cooperative environment built on trust and mutual respect. You will partner with senior leaders to apply HR solutions to business strategy, ensuring that people initiatives drive meaningful results. The role requires a creative problem solver who "thinks outside the box" to address challenges, embodying the company's core value that "No One Wins Alone."

Day in the Life

Your work will be defined by face-to-face interaction and coordination with employees at all levels. You will conduct regular meetings with business units to analyze trends and metrics, developing solutions and programs that address the unique needs of each team. A significant portion of your time will be dedicated to managing complex employee relations issues, conducting thorough investigations, and guiding management through performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and terminations.

You will also serve as a key driver of company culture. This includes overseeing the wellness program, organizing company-wide initiatives to enhance employee health, and facilitating training on critical topics like workplace ethics and harassment prevention. By coordinating leave of absences and working closely with Talent Acquisition on onboarding, you ensure a smooth employee journey from day one. Ultimately, you will work to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase retention, ensuring that the "One Degree that Makes the Difference" is felt across the organization.
