About the Role
The Director of Human Resources (DHR) serves as a strategic partner to Catalyst's Executive Leadership Team, responsible for the end-to-end strategy, management, and implementation of all Human Resource services. This role is designed for a uniquely talented individual who can seamlessly blend strategic vision with tactical execution to ensure every team member achieves their highest potential.
As a core member of the leadership team, the DHR will champion a collaborative, high-performing culture. The position requires a deep commitment to fostering accountability, engagement, and professional development across the organization. From leading recruitment functions and crafting retention strategies to guiding managers in career development, the DHR acts as a central force in shaping the company's human capital trajectory.
Beyond strategy, the role encompasses the operational heartbeat of the organization, managing employee on-boarding and off-boarding, benefit administration, and HRIS maintenance. Success in this position demands the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization, communicate with professionalism, and consistently live out Catalyst's core values.
