The Education Administrative Coordinator serves as a vital support partner to the Chief Learning and Partnerships Officer (CLPO). In this role, you will help lead the implementation of strategic plans and educational programming for Griffin MSI. You will be the operational backbone for the Education Division, organizing and coordinating activities related to strategic partnerships, division meetings, and cross-divisional collaboration to ensure goals are met.
Your day will involve managing complex calendars and travel arrangements, preparing briefing materials and slides for high-level meetings, and maintaining the $500k Education Admin budget. You will act as a liaison between the Education Division and other departments, including Finance, to support budget tracking and resource management. Additionally, you will manage relationships with external consultants and contractors, maintain partnership records in Salesforce, and serve as a project coordinator for various division initiatives.
