About the Role
The Career Services Coach serves as a strategic partner in the journey of students, graduates, and alumni, dedicated to fostering their employability and professional growth. This role is designed to bridge the gap between education and the workforce by providing personalized coaching, comprehensive job search guidance, and essential career development resources.
In this position, you will work collaboratively with the Director of Career Services, Business Solutions Consultants, and the broader team to assess student progress and drive successful outcomes. Your day-to-day involves a dynamic mix of one-on-one coaching sessions, mock interviews, resume workshops, and professional assessments. You will be the primary point of contact for unplaced graduates, offering weekly support and tailored employment criteria tracking to ensure no candidate is left behind.
Beyond direct student interaction, the Career Services Coach plays a vital role in community and employer outreach, identifying viable employment opportunities within students' chosen fields. You will also manage critical documentation within CampusVue, ensuring accurate records of all communications and compliance with regulatory standards while maintaining the strictest confidentiality regarding student data.

Employment Details

Employment is at-will, meaning either the employee or the employer may terminate the relationship at any time, with or without cause or notice.
